I have decided that we will have 2 family buisnesses. One being more of a thread and get together/hang out (like a Diner or Bar), the other where we sell things (like an art gallery).

Example Employee Spotlight:  "Don and Chef Giada Gasborro is being spotlighted for her hard work in setting up the family diner, Gasborro Grill. Here she is finding time to set up tables and chairs in the dining room while still perfecting the menu! Way to go, Giada!"
I know, its cheesey! but, hey! It's fun!
Once we figure out a buisness to start, I will change the poll every two weeks or a month (I havn't decided yet) to pick the employee for the employee spotlight.. (Please, don't vote for yourself!) In the case of a tie, there will be a tie breaker poll for a day or so.

About the artwork,we can help them 2 make their art work (according 2 wat they wanted)& we can make it for them & decorate it(blink,glitters) and charge them in the lowest price...
Another idea:
~How about designing signature 4 them
~Decorate their house(it s kinda weird)

saddygurl Wat do u guyz thinking..... I like the idea! This is coming from a perfectionist, but I can try to recreate your pic if you want... and kinda 'cut around' the avi's if you want... you know, clean it up a bit (kinda like i did on mine)...?
