Shippo would win since he is younger. The battle between Ayame and Sango would be close, but I really think Sango would win. Kouga has to attack at close range while Miroku can attack with his wind tunnel, Miroku would win. Rin would win, Jaken can't win Sesshomaru wouldn't let him. Laters! smile

miroku vs kouga? Well, good question. Depends on who attacks first. On one hand Kouga has all the demon speed and claws and such, he could run up and go for the neck. Yet Miroku could kill him with the wind tunnel. Kouga wouldn't be able to get away, he'd be too busy hanging onto something.
Ayame vs. Sango? Very good question. Their speed seems to be the same. Ayame doesn't have Kouga's jewel shards for extra speed. I haven't seen Ayame in battle yet but it's safe to say she's got a demon's stamina and healing abilities. Sango with Kilala as a team could very well win I think. Without Kilala it would still be a close battle.
Rin vs Jaken? Rin always wins. lol Then again, Jaken hasn't actually tried to attack her with that staff of his. That staff shoots fire. I've seen Rin's aim though, she could throw things at him like rocks, fire would only make the stones hurt more when they hit. She would hide behind boulders away from the fire and throw rocks at him until ethier he was knocked out or Sesshoumaru came and ordered him to stop trying to hurt Rin.
shippo vs. lady kaede? Kaede can hide herself even better than Shippo, I've seen her do it in one of the movies, and while Shippo's toys can be distructive I believe Kaede would win. She'd purify him with her miko powers.
