Bilious
I like the idea and the stylization of it, but I'm not sure what I think about the mask- I can't figure out the geometry of it by looking at it- like it's flatness doesn't seem coherent with the rest of the style the piece is done in.
Don't you just hate it when your guts spill out?
Where did you get the letratone effects? They're positively groovy.
I toned it manually, with lasso selections and pattern fill
biggrin The mask is intended to be fairly featureless, but maybe I went over the top with that and lost too much shape?
I think she meant that the way they mask is drawn is inconsistent with the body in terms of perspective/forum.
The mask can still be featureless without being a flat mass of shapes.
this consistency of the blood where you highlighted it at the point of pouring out of her stomach seems a but off with the rest, if it's supposed to be innards falling out of her, you might try and convey that better with more consideration for the shape of the high lights.
I like the tones, but i'm have mixed feeling about the way to over lap her figure. Visually, it puts her on the same plane as the background, so i guess you need to decide if that's what you intended.
