I find the arena pretty useless. A lot of people just give out tens to their friends, and many don't appreciate good compositions. They'd give a ten to the ones they like, and give like a 2 to those they dont. I suppose that's what we're meant to be doing, but its not necessarily about whether you like it or not, but about how good it is. Do I make sense?

The arena is a place for people who put a lot of effort and time into their avatars to get slammed by jerks who think it's too plain or doesn't have enough crap on it. and then the ones that are just a bunch of collectibles and crap thrown together get great reviews. I pass. (But I did vote for you)

Yeah, the arena can be a rough place, that's why I really only entered that one time, but Le Duke thought that I made a great avatar, so I thought I'd enter again when he gave me such a rave review. 3nodding So far, I'm not doing too good. sweatdrop

My Luigi avi did well... for a while. That's been a popular trend - if you have a great avi, it'll do well for a while... then drop. sweatdrop Tough crowd.

Actually, there are a lot of people who have created an avatar arena just for their own guilds. Though, it's more of a thread than anything else. 3nodding It can be fun, but I've never entered one of these "unofficial" avatar arenas.
