Lamborghini, meet Japanese innovation. Tommy Kaira, a Skyline and Impreza tuning specialist in Japan, developed this car as a mid-engined 4WD all carbon-fiber super sports coupe with a custom tuned and blueprinted RB26DETT pushing 542 wheel horsepower. That thing is -siiiiiiick-. I'd take that over a Ferrari or Lambo any day.

Yeah, it was. Unfortunately, the design was scrapped when it was bought by ASL. They turned it into the ASL Garaiya, with a completely different body style. The Garaiya is more aerodynamic, believe it or not - the entire project was aimed at being completely resistant to oncoming wind. However, ASL uses a VQ35DE rather than an RB26. Not to mention, the Garaiya looks a bit weird.

The ASL one favors the Skyline a lot more, but the original design is absolutely gorgeous too. Reminds me more of the NSX.

I'd love to see one of those fly by.
