Does anyone else watch show (not anime) in Japanese? I am currently watching a show on AZN about a young woman who works in a department store. I think her piggy bank brings bad luck. I don't understand any of what the girls are saying, only that it is in Japanese.
Just when I think I understand what is going on, the girl has a flashback to her piggy bank making her fall off a cliff and she pouts.
I also think she is dating her boss, as they meet after work and she looks dressed up. Any way I was just wondering how dorky I am. I mean does anyone else do this kinda thing??

*blink, blink* That sounds like a cool piggy bank.
But I tend not to watch things that I don't understand. Well, sometimes, I watch soaps on Telemundo, but that's not very frequent. I like English TV shows the best.

giggle, I don't have that channel, or I would be watching the soaps there too. I love trying to figure out what is going on in the show where I can't understand the words.

That sounds...interesting. Piggy banks, ftw? O_o
I can watch a Japanese Show and catch SOME of what's going on. My japanese fails. Big time. But, I had to learn some, other wise I'd have to watch some screwed up dubs in english, which I still do, but not as often as the actual japanese anime. [/end ramble]

It was such a cute piggy bank too...I wonder if I will ever get to see the show again. It was just chance that I saw it the first time.

I own these mini horror shows in Japanese on DVD which I watch from time to time.
Though I don't belive in watching TV unless it's for music reasons.
