No, i dont think you can get banned for this, becouse it does not destroy your gameplay.
and you must have the rank in the guild to set guild notes on people to use this script.

First of all, press O and get up the guild list of people.
Target yourself and then type:

/script SendChatMessage(GetGuildRosterSelection(), "SAY", "ORCISH");
if you are Horde.

/script SendChatMessage(GetGuildRosterSelection(), "SAY", "COMMON");
If you are Alliance.

The number will change every time someone logs in/logs out.
When you find out your number, then type:
/script GuildRosterSetPublicNote(3,"124cffffff11".."THE NOTE YOU WANT TO HAVE")

And replace the 3 with the number you have, and change the: THE NOTE YOU WANT TO HAVE, to the note you want to have razz
and Voila! everyone will see it in the guild, and well. get yourself the gold note! everyone will be surprised, i know smile
