Vermilion` Incorporated™ is an in character roleplay, that which allows the mun behind the character, and the character itself, to interact with others in a cyberpunk-isque setting.
We ask that only serious people who are very serious about being active and responsive in the thread. This is a highly literate roleplay, and the rules are a tad bit strict, please bare with me.
Deep inside the recesses of the earth lie that of the banished Rebellion, that which had formed under the strength and stamina of the government; who influenced the Industrial reform all over again. Manual labor had no mercy on gender, age, sex, or disability...those who were able to push and pull, were sent to work. Those that were not able too, were burned. Banished were those that could not, chose not, to work under the iron fist of the New Government - so a Rebellion was manifested to try and regain the freedom the people of Narathin deserved so much.

The Rebellion was formed some years ago, having no name to keep it that much more private and under the breath. Elders and younglings alike came together beneath the labyrinth of tunnels and sewers to solidify into something worthwhile. Everything was going according to plan, things were starting to look up for this Rebellion, until the Technological Engineers and Scientists were introduced into the scene. At first, they were only beneficial to the Rebellion, who obtained greater weapons, maps, and communication devices. Then, the Rebellion became greedy.
Those that were working for the Lab Industry of the Rebellion were asked their lives, their devotion, their time -- solely for an experiment that would lead the Rebellion to its fail. The Elders of the Rebellion demanded that they create a super Rebel of some sorts, preferably from the younger crowd of Rebels that shown promise within years ahead. Prior to this, the Scientists had no experience whatsoever when it came to Human test subjects. Nonetheless, negotiating was in favor and both young children and teenagers were sent to laboratories for conductation of this ongoing experimentation. They were lab rats.
Everything was going successfully, the subjects that were successful were deemed, "Vermilion's Children", and were able to use telekinesis and other extreme powers in order to fight for the rebels. However, a Vermilion Child by the name of Rose Anderson was not so fortunate. Many of the experimented failures had died, or were put to rest and out of their misery after their tests had gone horribly wrong - but not Rose. Her mangled, gnarled form was kept by a scientist who wanted to further test her mental and physical abilities and limitations -- that which amounted fairly large for she was able to endure whatever was thrown her way. Another Vermilion Child by the name of David Oswald had found Rose, and it changed everything.
The Children of Vermilion struck back against the Rebellion, seeing only now that what they had been through was inhumane, cruel, wrong. After a bloody battle beneath the pipes of the city, the Children of Vermilion separated from the Rebellion and joined together to form their own Rebellion. This Rebellion was named Vermilion` Incorporated™. The older Rebellion parted, broke up, and scattered throughout the world beneath the world -- although it has been rumored that some have joined up with the Vermilion Children.
Now, the Children of Vermilion are increasing their numbers to one day hopefully take back the freedom they deserve - as well as the land above the darkness of the sewers below.
A Vermilion Child: A child who was taken from the rebellion by the rebellion's scientist to experiment on and shape into beings of psychic abilities.

Locations
The Archway Home This particular place is where many of the meetings of the children and the rebellion they have formed (Vermilion Incorp.) will be held. It is located just beneath the sewer hatches and openings, and is allowed a bit of light (as seen in the photo) at a certain time of day when the sun is just over the open hatch.
The Main Entrance This is pretty self explainatory, basically it is the main entrance of the sewers. It is located just south of the Archway Home, and leads into the underground city of the rebels.
The Dark Passages These would be the specific passages that lead you toward the underground city; and eventually will spill out around the base of the city. They are somewhat small, but there are many of them to reduce "traffic".
The City Keep in mind that the entire place is underground, therefore the only light source are the scattered sewer openings far above the city. The depth of the city is incredible, hundreds and hundreds of feet below the streets. Although the city is almost consistantly dark, there are times when reflectors that stand at the base of the city move light around enough to make the illusion that it is "day" out.
The City Streets This photo gives you the general idea of the city. There are rarely cars bustling about, for people walk more than they do anything else. There are occasional streets for the market carts, but otherwise it is rare to see a car on the cobblestones. Dogs are common, scavengers although and feed from the trash that litters the city. It is not a pretty place to be, that is for sure. Apartment complexes are free of charge, however small and sometimes cramped. They have no air conditioning or heat, although the underground maintains a fair amount of average temperature yearround.
The Labratory Entrance This is very significant because this door (opens only when a scientist or authoritive figure scans the barcode) leads into the Labratory that many of the VChildren escaped from and had been created/born in. It is located in the heart of the city. Now it is used for secret experiments and weaponry. Despite the door's ugly appearance, inside is very neat and clean.
An Example This picture is an example of how clean and white the labratory is. This would be a testing room or an interactive room where test subjects are thrown together to see how they react in a social enviorment. It is also where subjects are sometimes fed.
