Syuveil brushed his light brown hair from his green eyes as he sat on a tree branch, his pointed elven ears listening intently to the wind for any signs of the enemy. He was leading a small group of elven warriors into battle against a the leader of the evil Riders. This was his chance to take down the evil Riders!

Kansas shuddered as an unusually cold wind blew over his dark green scales. He glanced over his shoulder at his rider, Syuveil, with a bright green unblinking gaze. Syuveil just gave him a weak smile. He's nervous...

Maddy sat atop her great black dragon, Shadow, her red eyes scanning the dark forest below. The enemy was hidden there somewhere, but where? She played with a small bit of her jet-black hair, growing impatient.

Shadow peered at his rider, his eyes the exact same shade of red as hers. She was growing impatient, and that wasn't good for her. "You need to be calm, Maddy, you wouldn't want to lose control here..."

Syuveil drew his sword and jumped onto Kansas' back. "They're here, we stay put until they spot us."

Kansas nodded and looked up at the sky. there were no stars tonight. "There's two riders... This could get messy..."

Maddy barely had time to react when a holy arrow shot past Shadow's head and embedded itself into her shoulder. The wound instantly caught on fire. "It burns!" She hauled the arrow out and threw it away. "Shadow! Set that section of the forest on fire!" She was pointing towards the part of the forest where the arrow came from.

Shadow locked his wings together and dove down. At the end of the dive, he opened his wings so he hovered feet from the forest canopy. He opened his mouth and great black, purple and orange flames burst out, catching the forest on fire.

Bio: Voila is the elven princess. She's an experienced rider with a lot of power. Unknown to most people, Voila has dark elf blood as well as light elf blood. She's never told anyone about it because she's afraid they would hate her.
Appearence: Voila has long black hair that has red streaks. Her eyes are a glealming red. She wears a short black top, black capri pants, and black leather boots.
Weapon: A blade with a glowing white blade and a black curved hilt. The blade is enchanted with holy magic.

Bio: Talis is a very powerful dark elf. He's in a good posistion on the evil side. He doesn't like talking about his past. Talis is most skilled in shadow and dark magic and is weak against light and holy.
Appearence: Talis has spiky black hair, which is messy. His red eyes have slitted pupils. He wears black lightweight armor, which has dark red trim. Two sword sheathes lie on his back.
Weapon: Two longswords with black blades and dark red hilts. They're extremely sharp and enchanted with shadow magic.
Side: evil

Voila was sitting on her dragon, Fiera. Her black hair was whipping back in the wind. Her red eyes gazed down upon the land and a blaze caught her eye. "Fiera... Go towards the fire... It looks like trouble could be there..."

"Alright... Do you reckon it's evil riders?" Fiera banked towards the flames. Usually the red dragon would love fire, but she hated it when it burned away trees.

Draka was flying near the treeline. Her dark purple scales provided perfect camoflauge in the dark. Her eyes were on the flames where she knew riders from the evil side were.

Talis was on Draka, his eyes following his dragon's. "We're a little late, but I'm sure no one minds."

With one powerful leap, Kansas was soaring higher into the nightsky, avoiding the flames that had rained upon his section of the forest. The other elves that had aligned with his rider had been scattered to different areas in an attempt to avoid the flames. Filled with anger, he contacted the enemy's dragon. You will pay for that.

Shadow growled lowly at the dark green dragon. It was so much smaller than him, it couldn't stand a chance. What're you gonna do about it? He sent the thought back to the other dragon as a reply. He then roared loudly, proud of the dark mess of flames below.

Syuveil took out his bow and nocked an arrow. "Brisingr!" He shot the flaming arrow at Shadow's wing, in an attempt to bring down the beast.

Maddy muttered an inaudible word and the the arrow stopped in its tracks and plummeted into the forest below. "A mere beginner like you can't possibly take on me. If 'brisingr'," The fire below seemed to roar with more power and fury as she said the word, "... is all you can come up with, then you should just go home, elf."
