I've been looking for a doll to match this character:

These are the dolls I've been looking at. Which one has a face that looks most like my character? I'm willing to do a doll mod to make him tan because there aren't enough tanned, not-limited dolls out there...

Or do you think there is a mold out there that might fit better? I'm pretty bent on 60cm or taller, though.

What about a Lahoo? He's the first sculpt that popped into my head when I saw your drawing.
There is a tanned Lahoo, but unfortunately he's sold out.

Out of the dolls you've chosen, I'd go with Soo-Ri wink

I think Soori or the Hound fit him...or maybe Bobobie Apollo? Their "tan" skin tone is pretty close to your character's skin tone, although maybe a bit darker.
