I thought I bought the first two books of this series. Well, I recieve them today, and they are volume 1 & 2. The first 3 books are in 1, and the other two books are in 2. It was such a pleasant suprise. You see, I paid twenty-five dollars for seven hard back books from Science Fiction Book Club. Well, as far as books go, I recieved 10. The beginings of a good day.

You'll enjoy them. The Belgariad is very good. Eddings is a great writer, despite the anti climatic end to his latest series. Also pick up the Redemption of Althalus, one of the best books I've ever read.

Yes, I have read The Belgariad and The Mallorean. I got The Dreamers series, but haven't read them yet. I love David Eddings, but after his wife started to put her influence in, his writings weren't as good as they were. At least, that is my opinion on that matter. haha

What's bad is.....I almost had the rivan codex (from the prologues) memorized...I could have recited them by rote like any good little Alorn.
