Don Tony Lastoria Here in The Gaian Mafia like every other Mafia, has ranks, just like Gaia. In the guild the ranks are members, crew, vice-captains, and captain. Mafia: Captain/Don-Head of certain mafia family, in charge of all operations in the family. Vice-Captain/Underboss-Second in command, becomes acting Don if Don is incapacitated. Crew/Caporegime-Capo is Italian for head, a caporegime is the head of a small army, or regime of soldiers. Member/Soldier-A button man, when a soldier gets an order from a capo, he/she carries the order. There is never communication between the Don and the Soldiers, the Don gives an order to a capo, and the capo gives the order to the soldier.
