So when I'm browsing the graphic section of fate, I notice that there's a 'clipboard' on the right side. Does anyone know if this can be used to copy graphics off the game screen?

The clipboard is just there so that you can have your favorite images ready the view instead of going through all the pages.
You'd have to use the "Prt Scrm" button on your computer and then save the image in paint/PSD to have it.
