Personality: Loralei is quiet, and tends to brood over many things. She takes her time when making decisions, thinking it childish to be hasty. She tends to be loyal, though once you betray her, she will not show the same loyalty. She has a calm composure and exterior; she looks like someone one would tend to trust. She is quite cynical, and can be a tad bit suspicious at times. Despite all of this, she likes to be different, and thus stands out very often. Loralei knows that she is beautiful deep down, but on the surface, she doesn't yet seem to realize it. History: In the old world, she had taken on one pupil. She prefers to only teach one at a time, and this was her first. Her pupil, Roran, was killed in the old world after the government decided to clean out the Riff Raff. Name: Zasha Cravid Aliases: None Age: 147 Gender: Female Species: Halfling--Human/Dragon Hybrid (Specifically, Water Dragon) Rank: Leader of Artemis Faction Occupation: Leader of Artemis Faction, Silverworker, Head of Silverworker's Guild Personality: A quiet and subdued creature normally, Zasha is well known as a slumbering giant. When angered, she has been known to tear things off people, usually things which are generally considered to be important to ones health. However, this human/dragon hybrid is very slow to anger and tends to look at all sides of an argument. Her wisdom is an asset to her position and a characteristic of her species, and she is constantly working towards increasing her knowledge so that she may better aid her people. Her time is spent running Artemis Faction, interfacing with other Factions, reading bulletins and books to be more well informed, working silver into finely wrought pieces of dining ware and filigree, and running the Silverworker's Guild. She doesn't get a whole lot of sleep, and she doesn't care--her passions keep her happy. History: Hatched in one of the small northern hatcheries of Loread, Zasha was one of five survivors of that hatchery, and the only one from her clutch--or the group of eggs laid by her mother. The hatchery was destroyed by the Cleansing League shortly after her hatching, and the escape the workers made was a hasty and poorly planned one. Zasha grew up never having met her mother or known her name, as those records were kept in the hatchery. The orphanage she grew up in was one that catered to halflings, and so she and her fellow orphans had to put up with alot of hatred from the Cleansing League and their factions. Loread was not a good place to be a halfling. As things got worse over time, and the Cleansing League came into power and passed the Edict of Cleansing, Zasha was among those who first decided to seek out a refuge from the storm. After almost a century and a half of dealing with the comments, the slurs, and the occasional violence in the hopes of creating a life for herself, she was more than ready to escape. She is distrustful, cunning, and often sarcastic; not entirely a kind person by any means, though she may put on a false face to seem so. The grudges she holds run long and deep, and she is a terrible enemy to make. Her true friendship is a rare gift that entails loyalty and protection, but she often makes shallow friendships in the hopes of one day turning them to her advantage. A firm supporter of an eye for an eye, the members of Hermes Faction know better than to let her catch them doing anything painful to anyone. History: An urchin as far back as her memory serves, Enid has always made do for herself. She learned quickly how to turn situations to her advantage, and it is this cunning that led her stealthily manipulating herself to the highest rank among thieves. She was first called the Knave of Hearts after she seduced the then-leader of the thieves and then stabbed him in the throat. No one was willing to challenge her ability or intelligence in order to take her place, and after the Edict of Cleansing was passed she made sure what remained of the thieves weren't left on the shore of Loread to follow their brethren to the work camps. She has embraced her new lifestyle and enjoys not having to kill or threaten people as often as she used to--it got a bit boring. She is a surprisingly honest shopkeeper and pawnbroker, but that's probably because her most cunning of ideas are now saved for negotiating the best possible terms for Hermes Faction and making sure her equally sneaky subjects stay in line. Occupation: Student Personality: Fond of getting in to trouble and eavesdropping, Kit is exactly the sort of kid people like to call a 'rapscallion,' and though he doesn't know what that means he thinks it sounds cool. He dislikes settling down anywhere for any reason, and so he doesn't really have a home. He's definitely a loner; and though he's not a leader he would rather jump of a building than have to follow someone. History: Kit's birth was his mother's death, and his father never let him forget it. When the old man died Kit collected some of his favorite possessions and scampered off before the authorities could put him in an orphanage and lived on his own until the Edict of Cleansing. Never a fan of rules and regulations, he snuck on board though he didn't have to and stowed away to Hestian. Loyalty, he believes, is something earned and valued. If you gain his trust, he expects you to live up to it, but if you break it, he will never forgive you. Wise and stern, but very friendly. Carefree. History: Fled from Loread as an outcast, Roran, who is the supposed descendant of King Poseidon, obtained knowledge of several ancient scrolls in Hydro- Healing and Hydro- Magic. He searched for them with a pupil, who died on the way. Finally, he found them in a faraway ocean protected by the Kraken, and fled for his life after finding them. Tries her best to hide from confrontation, though when provoked, thoroughly dangerous. Loves optimism, the Arts, drawing, writing, singing, acting, reading, learning, making others happy, meeting new people, friends, travel, and avoiding serious or boring subjects. Hates being upset, those who put down the Arts, confrontation, pessimism, those who dramatize their problems so that they seem worse than they are, her friends being upset. History: During the Edict of Cleansing, Emileigh was attacked by an officer enforcing that law. She was saved and brought to Loread by an unknown savior. In gratitude, she lives her life to the fullest so it doesn't seem as if she's ungrateful. Emileigh carries a huge scar on her back from her near-death experience. Weapon: Two fans. He is easily amused by the simplest objects and he especially loves candy and other sweets, even though he knows it wreaks havoc on his digestive system. His older self on the other hand has a drastically different personality. Outwardly, he appears to be cold and very pessimistic. Alucard often insults people who get too close to him or those he thinks deserve it, making him an unpleasant person to be around. However, there have been times where his tough outer shell has been cracked---letting the delicious chocolate interior to reveal itself >D ((j/k x3 , lol xD )). He does have a softer side that sometimes slips out. History:The majority of his past is unclear, but it is known by a few that he travels from various factions looking for an area where he feels comfortable enough to settle down in, sometimes returning to places he's already been before. Personality/History: None of the citizens of Hestian know why Clement boarded the ship from Loread; after all, he looks like every other apathetic, law-abiding human, and he certainly didn't look like he had many problems. Rarely did he socialize with the other passengers, and when he did, he seemed uninterested in their plight. In reality, Clement is very tolerant and patient, though he has an insatiable bloodlust that is contained only by an eyepatch covering his right eye. His long stay in prison after the deaths of his foster parents and his torture at the hands of the Cleansing League are the most likely reasons for this other side of himself.
Afraid of speaking in public, he turned down a full-time government job, instead taking up a job in a clothing store, where he often takes naps.
