My, children grow so fast. The recent father, Terasu, recalled it just like yesterday when his offspring were just kits. Now they were full grown, doing who knows what in their own ways. He just prayed he taught them enough good manners to get by. Especially the one with ouroboros, just for the sake of pretense. Wriggling his frame with a stretch, Terasu made leave of the HQ. The small pond wasn't too far, and it'd be nice to get some off time about now. It was already the afternoon, and still the day was calm. Nice and cheery, just the way he enjoyed it. Still, it left him time to think to himself about others. Nothing to mope over, but just something to think about. Hmm.
The pond soon came in sight, and he dipped his muzzle eagerly for a cool drink.

The white haired kitsu walked slowly along the dirt path towards HQ. His golden companion floated silently beside him as he walked. There wasn't any particular reason why he was headed towards HQ, but he at least hoped Kanda wasn't there. That guy just ruined everything for him. He sighed at the thought. Even if Kanda was annoying he was still a friend of his. The only friend he had here, actually. Well, only one he knew of. Besides Tim, of course.
His silver eyes saw in the distance another kitsu, curiously he headed towards that direction, too. What was he doing? Maybe he knew if the others were around.

Now that was nice, cool water. Green eyes popped open, watching the reflection of his nose twitch. His most reliable sense, and he used it without doubt. Terasu lifted his head, blinking as he glanced around. Oh, another male kitsu was approaching. He held still for a moment, before deciding the other wasn't here to cause a confrontation. Some interesting attire he had on though. "Hello there!" A friendly smile and wag of tail. "Name's Terasu. And who might you be?" After having kits to care for, Terasu's shyness had died down somewhat.

Allen lifted a paw and waved gently to the kitsu not too far in front of him. People around here seemed nice, at least. In fact, a little nicer than they were back home. Usually people just minded their business and talked to people they already knew. But here they were willing to talk to strangers. How odd.
"My name is Allen," he pointed at the golden familiar, "And this is Tim."

"Allen, eh? Nice to meet you" Terasu tilted his head at the unique guardian following along. He'd never seen one before with wings. "Hey Tim." He sat back on his haunches, finding the situation not odd at all. There was maybe only one he'd even think about being rude to. The rest were friendly hellos to tackling greetings. Terasu lifted a brow to the pair. "So, what brings you outdoors today?" They had walked over, as if looking to find or ask something. Or had that just been his mistaken judgment?

The kitsu lifted a paw and scratched his head lightly with a boyish smile. How should he put it? He'd just met Terasu and already he was asking for favors? "Well..." He started with slight embarrassment, "I was just wondering if you've seen others like me. Ones wearing black coats like these?"

Terasu shook his head. "Sorry not that I've seen. Not coats like those." The one Allen was wearing had some type of uniform design to it. The kitsus that Terasu had glimpsed wore coats, yes, but of other styles. "How many others are you expecting to see with those coats?" It was obvious the white haired kitsu was searching for someone. Just how many and why? Was it urgent?

He paused for a moment at those questions. How many? He wasn't sure...the list could go on. At the very least he would like to see his small group of friends he's known since he came to the Black Order...Lenalee, Lavi, Krowry, Miranda, Bookman...There were too many to list and compile together. "I don't really know," his face saddened, "But I do know one of them are here," he smiled sadly at the thought. Only Kanda was here and no one else...A rather depressing thought. There was nothing wrong with Kanda, but he hoped to be in the company of his other friends.

So there was another. But that was a good thing, right? The kitsu seemed torn between a smile and a grimace. "That must be a good sign though. At least you have someone you know around." In the terms that they were friends, that is. Of even allies, with those uniforms. If it was an enemy, well...
"Hmm, I'll keep my eyes open though for any more." Terasu nodded to Allen.
