[ Just as a side note, I love to RP and am advanced. I won't ask that of you of course, but please post at least a paragraph. I think that's fair. Not too much at all =) Please and thank you. heart ]

I'm just sorry it took me this long to notice some of the other threads around here.)

"Thank you," said a weary voice at the front desk as the clerk handed her the key card to her room. The envelope read #607. Hm.. She had outdone herself this time. And probably her moneybags too.. She didn't care though. Exhaustion ran through her body like a plague, slowly taking command of all of her senses. Stumbling slightly, she made her way over to the elevator and pressed the number 6.
The ride was relatively short, but it seemed liek a lifetime. The ding might have woken her from a drouse. Who knows? She might have even dosed off once of twice and gone back down a few times. She had no idea. And frankly, all she could think about was sleeping. Walking down the hallway seemed like a walk down green mile, except at the end, instead of death, was absolute bliss; a bed. Sliding the key into the slot was a task in itself; she kept missing. Finally, however, the the light changed, and she walked in.
Her small handbag seemed to way five million pounds alone, let alone her staff dragging in her hand. Shoving the door with all her might, she wasn't surprised that it barely had enough to even close. She wasn't even sure that it did close all the way. Oh well. Throwing, or more like dropping, her staff and her bag on the floor in front of the bed, she laid down. Still in her backless dress, she dismissed the fact that she needed to change. Instantly she was asleep, her mouth open and drooling slightly.
She should have put her things away, for there were many precious things in her bag. Not to mention, other clothes. A problem for another time which, God willing, would be a while.
The tag on her bag read, Gabrielle Rae.

[ Haha, well I'm on my way over to that shop after I wake myself up 3nodding ]
  SMASH!
The noise seemed to ring throughout Gabby's ears and head as she heard it. Her head snapped up from it's resting position, and her eyes opened wide. She looked like she had been awak for hours instead of seconds. Looking around quickly, she saw nothing that could have made the noise. Stadning up, she battled herself on whether to go out or not. After all, they were probably on the lookout for her.. And that noise.. She couldn't put her finger on it, but something about it seemed real enough. Checking her bag quickly, she noticed that everything was in oder there as well. What could it have been?
Looking towards the door, she got suspicious again. It wasn't closed all the way. Had she left it open last night? No, she closed it for sure.. Did she though? She couldn't really remember. It all seemed such a blurr. Wary, but curious, she walked towards it and slowly opened it. A faint creak resonated from the hinges. Peeking outside, she half expected something to jump at her. There was nothing however. No reason for her caution or her suspicions. Shrugging slightly, she walked over to her bed again.
She decided that she was indeed going to head out, and to a small shop that she had heard of. It was from an.. interesting character, but she was intrigued nonetheless. Picking up her staff, she stopped for a moment to admire her sole companion on most of her journeys. It was almost a foot taller than her, but that wasn't reall saying much, and completely riddled with strange markings and symbols. She had read and understood each one, for that was the source of some of her more complicated spell work. Running her hand over a few familiar ones, she smiled ever so slightly, momentarily lost in thought.
Slowly she turned towards the door and, making sure to close it this time, headed down the stairs and onto the street.
