So Blink is the new episode (in America) next week.
and people who have seen it have said how its so terrifying and not to watch it if your scared easily. which I am. so I'm not really sure if I WANT to watch it.
so is it really that terrifying as everyone says?? =/
I'm more afraid of like people who are possesed and things that surprise you. The type of images that will get burned into your mind. from what I can tell Blink is about creepy statues that if you blink or look at them or something you'll die.....
its on tomorrow night so it might be a little late for this thread, but what do I have to lose. =P

I'd say go for it, but maybe keep the lights on if you've been genuinely frightened by any other episodes. I thought it was a brilliant, creepy episode, but not at all terrifying. Without giving away any of the plot, I will say that there are some of those sort of moments that might make you jump, but that pretty much goes without saying in most movies/shows that are meant to be scary.

For me, the episode in itself wasn't that terrifying. It was scarier than all the other episodes though. It's a good'un.
What terrified me the most was thinking about the Weeping Angels in general, and the whole don't blink thing.
One bit really makes me jump though. I just watched it about half an hour ago, it was repeated on BBC3. smile
I say good luck. Watch it in the dark, it's scarier that way.

I can't watch it tonight cause my sisters having a bday party and all her friend are in the living room. >< when I rent it one dvd I shall watch it tho. :] thankies mrgreen

It was goooooood. My mom gasp when Cathy turned and the Angel put it's hands down. And the part where they just watched the video and they had to keep a watch on the Angel. And the two times it moved. I'd have to say that Cathy's brother had some guts being able to keep together in keeping his eye on the angel. And not freak out... well..... he was freaking out. But he didn't run away. That would have resulted in him taking his eyes off.

that being said my dad and i were making jokes about how people fall in love/the guy that sounded jamaican etc. my dad was pretending to be him and he was like OH s**t ive been sent back to the 1700s IM A SLAVE D: XDDD
i missed a goodly chunk of it, im sure. i should go back and watch it alone in my room with the lights out. cos im usually scared easily.

It's one of the scarier episodes.. very well done throughout. I wouldn't call it terrifying, but I'm not scared that easily with films or TV, I became desensitised to that kinda thing quite a long time ago.

You know that whole angels moving everytime you blink? It's actully true. I tried it. I did plastic, didn't do anything, tried glass, no, did metal, eh no, and then stone, its moves just a little. Then I went to a cemetary. I looked at all the angels, and...blinked. They all moved on me! I was sooooo freaked out! They moved just a little. I ran out screaming sweatdrop . You should try it yourselves if you don't belive me.
