Since there are different type of alchemists I was wondering what kind was Edward? O.o

There aren't really "types" of Alchemists... their names are just something that the Furher thinks is their specialty. In Ed's case, he specializes in using his skills while he has a metal arm and a metal leg. Ed is a "fullmetal" alchemist...

The only thing i can think of that can distiguish (CRIPES!!! Big word from me!!!) alchmeists are their alchemy lights. (Spoiler!! Highlight smile Yellow is the most common light amongst them all. It's like basic alchemy changing things and whatever. Purple is like when you use alchemy from a piece of clothing or a tattoo. Blue is when you see the truth beyond the gate. Red is when you use the real or fake Philosopher's stone.But that's all i could think of.
