I just started Blue Dragon . I long thought the days of three tp four disc long rpgs were gone. Apparently not. This one three what do you think about multidisc games??

Well, I think that sometimes it is ridiculous. Take Final Fantasy VII for example. They have more than two disc, yet, the first disc has two thirds of the game on it. Do you really need more than two at that point? Although, it was a pretty long game as for some of it counter parts went. Well, usually, if it is multi disc, you are looking at a good length of time for it. Not always so. There have been some multi disc games are disappointingly short. As for now though, can put a lot on those disc now. I mean, Dragon Quest VIII is long game, yet only on one disc. Now, to look at the newer systems, should there really be a multi disc game? They should be able to put all that into one disc, but it depends on the cut scenes, I suppose. That better be a damn good game for three discs, though. haha

That kind of sucks, but so long it doesn't disappoint, I suppose that is alright.
