what are the causes of fret buzz and how can i fix em? cus my bass strings on my guitar (the top 3) are buzzy, how do i fix em?

You can adjust the height of the bridge saddles (or whole bridge depending on your guitar) to fix it, and if that's not going to work for you, adjust the truss rod (VERY carefully: if you don't read up on it before doing anything you WILL ******** UP YOUR GUITAR).
The alternative is to take it to a luthier (or guitar tech) and get a set up done.
