Ok, for those of you who are on myspace with me i just moved it here...
but ya this was made for my friends.

With the likes of you.

Thinking they were jealous,
I ignored their constant pleas'.

To take my pride and leave.
I chose you over them
Thinking you would always be there.
I changed as a friend and I changed as a daughter.

My friends noticed my changes
In my behavior and spirit.
Yet they stuck by my side
All the way through it.
Never did it click that
they had always been there.
No matter what I went through
My friends were always near.
I knew this guy for just a few months
And trusted him over them.
I realized my mistake
And am sorry for what I've done.
But out of all this pain and grief he's caused
There is one thing I now know.
Men are not worth my friends
And men aren't worth my tears.
I now know who my true friends are
And forever they shall be.
