Sailor Olympia If I'm not focused, 30-40 minutes. Hmm...At the amount of gold I'm getting from posting currently (max of 3), I'd make more doing a puzzle than posting... [3g per minute = 90-120g, and that's optimistic.]

I've never been on a diet...
But since I think healthy food is all yucky... I probably wouldn't like it... ^^'

Really, it's just better food choices and portion control, along with exercise. I'm on the Weight Watchers diet, the point system is really easy.. plus, if you feel like having some good food one day, you can, you just have a salad or something like that later on. x3
