is it possible to go from a 21 day cycle to a 28 day cycle?

Of course. Periods change all the time.
Many girls are very irregular in their teens. Some of them will stay irregular, while others will get more regular as they get older.
Other things, such as stress, diet, and hormonal birth control, can change your period as well.
Most of the time when you notice changes in your period, it's nothing to worry about. However, just to be on the safe side, you can always tell your ob-gyn about any changes that you notice.

Bodies are not tuned to work like clockwork.
Just be glad you have a normal period compared to many girls and women.
Your cycle will change with age, activity, the food you eat, the stress you endure, if you're sexually active or not etc. 3nodding
I'm still waiting for mine. Too much stress at the begining of the month has pushed it back a few weeks. My luck is that I'll get it just in time for homecoming.
