Personality: Rai is a youngster, being the kage has deprived him of his childhood. He's always busy and takes things very seriously, but that doesn't mean he doesn't know how to have fun once in a while.
Bio: Being the youngest of all kage, Rai is one of the most hardworking ninja you'll ever meet. He's hardworking, strives to uphold his honor, making sure that no one can look down at him, because of his age. They really shouldn't, him being the strongest in Takigakure, and one of the elite amoungst all other ninja. He's not the strongest, but he does strive to work hard, he never gives up, backs away from a challenge, or anything. If he loses on a rare occasion, he'll just train himself to the point of collapsing until he can beat you.
Other: Oh yea, one more thing, Rai is a master swordsmen, thinks clearly before striking, and is blind. He wears a blindfold to cover up his eyes and enhance all other senses.
