This is the easiest way to do:
1) get into gem.gaiacast.com
2) Get into questbars
3) Follow the remaining instructions
An example:

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Or if you like a different style of quest bars, you can go to tektek.org and get one.

1) Go to http://www.tektek.org/questbar/
2) Fill out the forum.
3) Paste it on a post, sig, profile, your friend's forehead(J/k), and whatever else this can go.
