My friend stephy is going to be 16 on sept 23rd. and I thought it would be cute to have a picture of her drawn for her bday. I am willing to pay 5k to 10k. Please I want this to look amazing. Its her bday,so if your going to spend 30 mins on a doodle that doesn't look good,please don't bother. I want this present to be the best shes ever gotten. Here is her picture.

yes I want someone to draw my friend,not her avvie. She doesn't like anime so nothing too cartoon-ish. But she likes interesting things,but not too flashy. You could go alittle crazy,but I want to be more realistic. smile
