On the edge of the lightning country you see Raika arc, an incredibly large bridge suspended arcoss a large casm. It is relatively unmarked and mundane, but was recently created by the new Raikage to make travel easier.

Under this bridge is where much of the trade from the neighboring countries comes through and the cloud shinobi are expecting a fairly large supply of wood from konoha. The "black chain" of the rock country is expected to try to overcome the caravan. It is your job to blend in with the workers and attack when he is spotted as instructed by the kage.

This is a K.O.S mission, the target must be eliminated at all costs.
