I don't care if you get mad at me, sorry. But you asked for advice and I'm going to give it to you, assuming you understand that I'm not a great artist and am just going by what I know to be the fundamentals, and also that I'm not trying to underestimate the effort or skills you put into this art.

I think you should try to round out the face more. Triangle isn't a natural looking face shape, and it kind of throws you off of anything else in the picture.

The eyes are well drawn, but they look way to high. Try to put them more towards the center of the face.

I have no complaints about the hair- once the eyes are down, it will look better, but it still looks good as it is.

And, you said that it was drawn in markers. I'd expiriment with something thinner. It's just a personal preference, but I like thinner lines. It's possibly your preference to like thicker lines, so take into account or disregard this tip at your own will.
