*To answer my own question, i'm a pentecostal I'm also a pentecostal. As for denominations, from my past experience going to other churches it seems some of them view the Bible differently than others do. Shouldn't all christians view it the same way? Instead we pick a verse or two & argue about what it means & split off into our little groups. Funny thing is some of the verses I've heared argued about are some of the ones that seem crystal clear in there meaning.

I say im nondemoninational, i have been going to a nondemoninational church since ive been Christian. We study both testiments, and i love my home church. I dont really know what the other denoms. believe, but as far as i can see, if you believe Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose three days later, and that the Bible is his Word, what more is there.

I made my own denomination, because I didn't find any that fit my beliefs exactly. I guess I'm kinda a mix between Baptist and Calvinist....With random other things thrown in.

Well, for the sake of your curiosity, I'm a United Methodist. At my church, my youth pastor is very open-minded to others opinions, just like Jesus. Thats the reason I go to my church: because we have "Open minds, Open hearts, Open doors." I love our slogan!!!

I'm non-denom. Denominations are at times a bit irritating in my opinion, due to all the arguing that goes on.
Denomination is another word for division.
The body of Christ is ONE body. Undivided.
But we here are SO divided. People just fight about who's right. That's what I see a lot of. Makes me think, "So much for, 'Love one another as I have loved you... the world will know that you are my disciples if you love one another."
Seriously, the thing he emphasized the most is the thing soooooo so many forgot.

I'm Episcopalian, which is basically a Catholic service, except we're Prostetant. And not affliated with the Pope. And our priests are allowed to marry. lol But I don't really like the idea of denomations because to outsiders it looks like Christianity is so divided. On other hand, and think some people just have different worship styles. There are both positives and negatives.

yeah. to outsiders it really does look like that. and some people try to push it on others and force them to believe as they do. but not to offend anyone, religion itself is traditions and customs that we came up with. where in the Bible does it talk about there being so many different denominatons? religion is not God. thats how most people that aren't and some that are Christian. they c God as they view the religion itself. but its not God. its our way to get to him.but sometimes its not all that good because it only causes doubts and confusion.

Denominations make me mad. They cause people to become angry with each other and they are just not cool. I really do not feel like elaborating right now.
