 As autumn leaves continued to fall from above, Figment kept on her walk of admiring the pure beauty of all of the fall colors around. Red was her favorite color of leaves and once in a while, she'd bend down to check out bright ones that caught her eye. Today it was a bit chilly out, but for Figment, that meant there were no more bugs nipping at her.
Coming to a pile of leaves the wind must have blew together, Figment decided to lay down in them. Walking around the pile, she stepped onto it and plopped down. The leaves made a crunching sound as the weight of her compressed them. As she sat there, she choose to bury herself in the pile to make some sort of a fort. So, once again standing up, she went to the edge of the leaf pile and nudged her way under it. Figment's rump was left sticking out along with her nose. She could still see from the bottom, so she figured she could just stay under there and watch her surroundings.

 Evadne strolled on through the forest, taking in the nice calming feeling that she got from her current environment. She looked up, watching the multicolored leaves of the trees rustle from the wind, some even releasing itself from the branch. The sky seemed to look like a patchwork quilt with the patches of of the blue sky shown inbetween the bright red, yellow, and orange leaves that remained onto the trees.
Evadne sighed, a smile appearing on her face. She couldn't help but feel somewhat out of place in this setting, as her attire seemed to suggest more of spring. But as far as she could tell spring had long since passed. She continued on, she stopped in her tracks for a moment, looking on confused at a pile of leaves that looked rather unusual, as there was small patches of a bright blue.
Evadne carefully bent down on her front legs, looking at the leaf pile, still feeling rather unclear by what was in the leaves she got back up and went to the other side, stopping as she noticed that the hindquarters of another soquili protruding from the leaves. She went back to the front of the pile of leaves and leaned down. "Hello?"

Hearing noises like leaves crackling, Figment's ears perked up, them also now sticking out of the leaves. She didn't exactly know where the noise was coming from at first, but she heard it coming closer. Getting a little scared now, she lifted her head out of the leaves and when she did so, a white mare was in front of her face saying hi.
"AH!", she jumped. She quickly gave a smile and greeted the horse back after she realized the noise was no danger. "Well hi there. I'm Figment." She paused for a moment before going on. "You scared me for a while there."
Standing up, all of the leaves fell of Figment's back. Now she got a better look at the white mare which was decked out in flowers and decorations. She admired the flowers that was in her hair and attached to her saddle, much like she admired any flower on a soquili. "So what's your name?", she questioned.

and...sorry if its kinda short x3 I had to rush.}}
Evadne drew back abit in suprise by the blue mare's sudden reaction. She sure did seem rather jumpy. "I'm so sorry...I didn't mean to startle you like that." She smiled apologetically, her voice showing a tone of concern. "So...Figment, its a pleasure to meet you." She paused, watching the leaves delicately fall to the ground as Figment got them off of her. "Oh! I'm sorry, I forgot to mention..." She cleared her throat. "I'm Evadne"

"It's okay, Evadne.", Figment smiled. The mare's name sounded very pretty, sort of matching her flowers. Both being very colorful. "It's a pleasure to meet you also." Figment wondered where she was going on this chilly fall day. Or maybe she was just wandering around like her? "So where are you headed off to, if I may ask?"

Evadne looked down onto the ground, running a hoof along through the fallen autumn leaves. Now that she thought about it, where had she planned on going in the first place? "I actually don't really have any plans on going anywhere. I just felt like strolling along through the forest. It is quite a lovely day, isn't it?" She laughed aloud, suddenly shivering a bit from a small breeze. The cool fall air was something Evadne would rather do without.

Looking up at the leaves that were falling from the trees due to the wind, Figment smiled. "Yes. It is a beautiful day. It's to the point where it starts getting cold, but the colors around make it worth while.", she said as she noticed the mare shiver. It was pretty chilly out today, but the gorgeous leaves sort of took her mind off of how she was cold.

Evadne nodded. "If only there were a few more trees that were colored like this all year round....but than again, the winter leaves wouldn't seem so special anymore.", She rambled to herself, pondering on the subject as she looked at the trees. She turned over to Figment and noticed as to how she didn't seem to be uneffected by the cold; Which suprised her. Here she was, wearing her apparel and such, and Figment, not really wearing any accessories of any sort (besides a necklace), was the one wasn't freezing. Evadne let out a small laugh at the thought.
