First bring up note pad to cope and past things. Then go to Character Template and Charater rulz and get thing from there. After that is filled out go to Moves Nin, Gen, Tai and Other and after that go to Weapons, Tools and Equipment. When that is done you can work on a Puppet or Summon. Then all that is left is to post it in its village.

Chakra points: You have to includ the rank of the move so you know what to take off. At the end of each move a chakra point is taken.
