I quite like the idea of a kind of murder mystery kind of role-play.
Not sure how it would work though - is it too cliche to set it in a hotel for example with all the guests being amateur detectives and potential suspects?

I like that idea. But in another rp guild I was in, they tried this, but it didn't work out. However, I think the people in this guild can probably pull it off.

That sounds cool! I would join that role play, defiantly. Like, someone wants to be the murder or something, and there can be like 2, while every gets killed off slowly, their ghosts almost haunting the remaining surviver, giving them warning to leave the house, which they can't! This would so be able to work.

There would also have to be a lot of red herrings and stuff to keep the story moving and keep it interesting. Like all the clues could point towards just one person for about a week, until (following Serenity's suggestion) they get murdered and become a ghost.

OK - I think I might give it a go. Give me about a week to work out the fine details and I think I might make it a Weekend Role-Play, since a lot of people have school to consider during the week.
Thanks for the input - I might be back if I hit any snags.
