Name: Seeker Age: Older Child (around age 10 or 11) Gender: Male Pokemon: Pidgey Starting Stage: Pokemon
Personality: Seeker is pretty shy for the most part, and doesn't really take to others quickly. As he gets aquainted to another Pokemon, he slowly opens up, getting more and more casual with them. They may be surprised to find that he's actually pretty nice and generally fun-loving. He's not all that competitive, though, and tends to give up on things easily... Unless his life depends on it, that is. He doesn't take insults well, and can actually lose his temper quickly if he is offended enough.
Seeker does not go out of his way to find trouble, and yet he inadvertantly tends to cause it. He's a little clumsy despite his attempts to be careful, and for instance might fall off of his perch or knock something down with a wing while he is moving them for emphasis as he speaks. When these unfortunate things happen, Seeker can do one of two things depending on his company: own up to his mistake, or deny his involvement and hide behind something. He tends to do the latter only when around people or Pokemon that he's particularly afraid of.
Strengths: Quick thinker, fast flyer, fairly careful Weaknesses: Physically weak, unobservant, fear of humans, clumsy(I will almost definitely be adding detail to this when I have time. ^^)

Name: Pidgey (Poppo in Original Japanese) Species: Tiny Bird Pokemon Type: Normal / Flying National Dex: #16 Height: 1'00" (0.3m) Weight: 4.0lbs (1.8kg) Evolution: Pidgeotto ( lvl 18 ), Pidgeot ( lvl 36 )
Physiology Pidgey resembles a small, plump-bodied bird. It is a brown color, with a lighter colored throat and belly. The tips of its wings share this cream color. Both its feet and beak are a pinkish-gray color. Its plumage is fairly non-descript, particularly compared to its evolutions Pidgeotto and Pidgeot. It has black markings around its eyes and a small crest of brown and cream feathers above its eyes. It resembles other small Flying-type Pokémon such as Starly, Taillow, and Spearow. However due to the fact that (with the exception of Spearow) these Pokémon tend to be unique to a region, it is likely that they are a result of convergent evolution. Special Abilities: Pidgey has an extremely sharp sense of direction, and homing instincts. It can locate its nest even when far removed from familiar surroundings. Because of this, it is extremely easy to train to deliver messages.
Behavior Pidgey are very common and can be seen in a variety of environments. It is a docile Pokémon, and generally prefers to flee from its enemies rather than fight them. Pidgey’s small size permits it to easily hide in long grass, where it is typically found foraging for small insects. It is known to flush out potential prey from long grass by flapping its wings rapidly. This maneuver also serves to protect Pidgey from enemies. If disturbed, a Pidgey is capable of sending a blinding cloud of dust into the air, permitting it to make its escape. This evasive technique can also be applied to battles. While Pidgey generally do not like to fight, they have been known to strike with surprising fierceness when they are cornered. While Pidgey make ideal targets for young trainers, due to their temperaments, it is not unheard of for novice trainers to be seriously injured by a panicked Pidgey.
Habbitat Pidgey typically dwell in forests with thick growth and large trees. They usually live alongside Rattata.
Diet Pidgey mainly eat Weedle, Caterpie, Wurmple, and other small insects.

Seeker was hatched in a wild nest by his parents, a Pidgeot female and a Pidgeotto male. He and his three siblings were taken care of night and day until they learned to fly. At that point, the brood gained some independance. Seeker was very curious back then, and couldn't help but hop closer and closer to the human boy that was wading through the tall grass one afternoon. Suddenly, he was spotted, and the boy released a Charmander from a Pokeball on his belt. Seeker knew at this point that things were not going to turn out well, and so he attempted to flee. But the Charmander jumped up before he could take off and scratched him. He was pinned against a tree, and couldn't manage to do anything but chirp for mercy as the human commanded his Charmander to use Ember over and over again. The poor, traumatized little Pidgey managed to slip away as the Charmander had to rest. He went home, where his mother nursed him back to health. From that point on, Seeker never wanted to get near a human again in fear of being singed, or worse. He honestly has no idea that there are kind humans out there, due to his secluded life deep in Viridian Forest.
Not too long ago, he and his siblings left their parents' nest to live on their own. Seeker has been living in a tree near the center of the forest, having made a very small nest for himself up there. He heard from his father that there were cities nearby filled with humans, and so he has made it a personal goal never to stray far from home if he can help it...

"Things have been pretty nice since I moved out of the nest. I see Mother and Father occasionally when they're hunting, and my sister has been telling me of a nice Weedle nest nearby. I'll have to go with her to see it one day if it's not too close to the human town. I was kinda worried before, but maybe life won't be so hard after all. I was even lucky enough to find an abandoned nest I just had to add some bedding to! Life's definitely looking good."
