It's been awhile since I have shone my face around these parts, but I do in fact remember talking to Neko about the laughter of two well known men here.
Kefka and Mozart. Who's is better I ask...and let the voting begin!

I say, if they ever came out with a movie or even voice actor for Kefka, (if he ever show's up in a game like Kingdom Hearts)the same guy who did Mozart should be Kefka.
His laugh is catchy. ^.^

I am sure that actor could make his insane laugh just a wee bit more evil, to make the part. ^.^
