I had taken up my grandmothers old hobby, laying out on a patch of sun-warmed grass and watching the clouds move across the sky. However, unlike grandmother, I was also watching for any form of a pegasus to cross my vision.
Months had past and I was close to giving up, spending my inheritance on a trip to Europe or Egypt. But I couldn't resist one last time.
A shadow fell across my face. The sun was behind me while I was looking at the sky so I shifted to see what had covered it.
In a complete "I'm so perfect even the sun worships me" pose, hovered a pegasus. It had captured a space between the clouds where the sun was peeking through and seemed to be suning himself in the air. A cloud moved to block the glare of the sun and I saw his colors. Pale green with brown flecks, brown and green mane and tail. I had to look carefully to see his wings, they were so transparent. But I found them to match his hair.
He had obviously grown displeased at the cloud taking away his sunlight and tossing his head, sending his mane rippling behind him, he darted off to most likely find another patch to enjoy.
So now I knew what my grandmother wanted me to do with the money.
