There are rumors that SciFi is going to split season four into two pieces. The gap between the first half and the second half may be as short as a month or as long as a year, depending on what the network decides. Read more here. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I'd be really pissed. The wait for this season is long enough. Splitting it into two parts would be just evil.

If they do decide to split the series, then they are going to slow the story down with needed 'flashbacks' over the missing time... which annoy me!

Well, obviously. What big money-making shows does SciFi have, other than BSG? Flash Gordon? I don't think so. rolleyes

Also I think the head of Sci-Fi is more into the paranormal, supernatural stuff rather than space travel and some such sci-fi material, so s/he's put an emphasis on the stuff s/he likes rather than the good stuff. Hence, more time for paranormal things! Less time for BSG.
