Does anyone know the lifebar that does "Prepare to strike... NOW!"?

I like it, but i don't know where to find it. D:

You can watch the whole video if you want, but just wait till you see the start of battle... That's the lifebar or screenpack (Whichever it is) im looking for.

Well ********... I think it's EVE or a custom. that vid ain't good enough too inform, but i'll look at it again, it might be mine, then again, mine's a custom ((made by me easn't distributed))
