I'm new to being one of the advanced girls in our studio so last year was my first major part and I was Butterfly in A Midsummer Night's Dream, what major parts have you had? Favorites? Least favorites?

well.... umm nothin rlly major since im still young but last year, i was a butterfly and a rose petal in the nutcracker and this year, im a butterfly and im in the snow scene

ive been a little butterfly in ballet I and ive been in the dragon in ballet I and II and III and a lead soldier for two years in ballet I and II and a party girl in ballet III. and as ive posted before, i was a butterfly and rose petal in ballet IIIB and now in ballet IV, im a butterfly and snow corps

I was also a clown doll in Coppelia (that was really fun! it was a pointe dance and so fun!), a villager in Copellia, a bridesmaid in Coppelia Spanish Chocolate in the nutcracker, and a princess in the Firebird.

o and im one of the understudies for the harlequin and kissy dolls in the nutcracker. im learning the kissy doll part so i guess im the understudy for the kissy doll

Let's see... I've been a Sheppardess, a snowflake, a Gingerbread girl, a Flower, a Soldier, a rat, a piece of the night sky, and a party girl in the Nutcracker. My dance company's kinda small (60 members), so we don't have alot to work with sweatdrop

It's kind of funny..... I am the "Harem Doll" in our Christmas performance thing this year and now they have harem looking clothing!!! heart Sorry, off the point! sweatdrop But, our ballet school normally doesn't put on classical ballets, so if I were to list the parts i have been, most people would probably be confused about what I am even talking about....

first nutcracker: angel, and a mouse
second nutcracker: party girl, and a candy petal
sleeping beauty: um...trying to remember. oh yeah! a peasant, and a garland person lol
third nutcracker: chinese tea, russian trepak, and a marzipan doll
fourth nutcracker: i'm something called a merliton...flute dance. and then i'm a snowflake. i'm now at a new studio for the fourth nutcracker.

This year our dance company is doing La Boutique Fantasque (the fantastic toyshop, roughly translated, and I am going to be in a waltz, we're dolls in all our dances and we wear huge white puffy dresses with big pink bows and pink flowers in our hair, traditional doll type thing.... and then we're also dolls who dance the mazurka, and we get to wear big red/orange/yellow tutu costumes, I'm excited, the music is wicked fun for both dances and looks like it's going to be fun coreography...
