So 3 monthes ago i went to make some blood tests to see if was all ok, and the doctor told me i have a huge amont o Triglycerides on my blood and that i should stop eating bread and cheese (2 things that i love).... and i stoped(only eated 3 times or 4 during 3 monthes) but i was kinda confused because the docter had told me that i had Cholesterol and that i should fallow a diet without things that would rase my Cholesterol.... but i found out that the diet that i have been doing isnt as healthy as i thought because i been eating cereals(that has lots of Triglycerides), iogurts with muesli cereals (once more full of Triglycerides) and cookies without sugar but with wheat flour(once more Triglycerides). So what the hell can i eat??? nothing?? because almost everything has Triglycerides and all that time i was eating those nasty cereals and iogurts was for nothing!!! i fell really bad!!! and im not fat and i eat a lot of vegetables! so why do i have Triglycerides and the others dont??
