hey sorry i haven[t posted here in a long time.Well i LOVE LOVE Mark.He is such an amazing cutie and is so amazingly kewl.I love how he uses a camera.Who is you're guys' favorite character from Rent?

mark is one of mine, but also maureen......And i love mark and maureen as a couple. It's just so funny because she's way more than anyone could ever handle and mark is kind of understated.

i like roger, because he feels like he lost everything after his girlfriend died, but then when he meets mimi, he learns to love again. i just found that kinda beautiful

I like Roger the most. The actors who play him are usually so cute and his character is so sensitive and caring.

Mark is my favorite too.
Sometimos cute, sometimes funny and sometimes enough serious. And I feel like him sometimes.

I seriously thought- from the title- that this was gonna be a discussion on how Rent is all about Mark. Ah, well.
Still, he is indeed the best. Whenever my gf and I sing Rent songs, I always end up being Mark. (or Joanne or Collins, but usually Mark.)

Del is questing for her baby seal slippers... I love Mark! He's my favourite character in Rent, beside Angel. Joanne is amazing, her character is priceless and Collins is just so funny - he and Angel are so cute together! I think Maureen is meh, Roger is too emotional and Mimi's a skank, but you have to love them anyways.

This is SUCH an incredibly difficult question. I love Mark. I love Mareen. I love Angel. I love MARKEENGEL!!!
Haha.
All three characters are just so unique (as are all the Rent characters)
I love Mark for his passion. talent, and I love how funny and sweet he is.
I love Maureen for, obviously, her crazy, creative personality.
And Angel, she's really one-of-a-kind. She's kind and caring. She doesn't care what others think, her style is FANTABULOUS! And... I'm in percussion so I can't help but love her music talent.

 How do you document real life when real life's getting more like fiction each day?
This is a tough question. To be honest, I love all the characters, therefore I'm going to post what I love about each one smile
Mimi- I love her persistence. Some people say she's a whore, but I don't think so at all. I think she's trying to find commitment and I love how she truly cares about Roger. She has a hard past, but I think she is always looking to change.
Joanne- Clearly an incredibly intelligent woman, Joanne is headstrong and has a great sense of humor.
Maureen- How couldn't you love Maureen? She has a bright, bubbly personality, and is very goofy and likable. Obviously she has commitment issues, but she's the type of person that most people wouldn't give up on.
Angel- Angel helps everyone believe in love as quoted in Goodbye Love. She has a very sweet personality and is the most giving character in the whole cast of RENT. I love her giving nature and ability to love.
Mark- Mark, as the narrator of RENT, is a great friend. He cares about every other person and would do anything to help them. Mark has a lot of passion for his work which could be a good thing or bad thing. But because of his talent, it is a great thing. smile
Roger- I think that I can relate to Roger the most. He is a struggling musician and is also struggling to find himself and love. Roger is genuinely a nice person, and like someone else said, I think it's beautiful that he can find love in Mimi after losing April.
Collins- Who wouldn't love Collins? He has a great sense of humor, and like Angel, he is a kind, giving person. I also admire the fact that he isn't afraid to stand up for his beliefs regardless of the consequence.
Wow, if anyone actually read that, you deserve a gold star XD
