BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!! heart heart heart
And besides the fact that I had to go to school, and get an MMR immunization needle today, it's been bloody fantastic!
I thought that I'd just share!
My roommate bought me a cake. A chocolate cake.
We're going to eat it and watch Big Brother now that we've got digital cable.
((Since I don't watch a lot of t.v., I'm not going to understand what's happening on it. Even thought my boyfriend has tried to explain it to me plenty of times.))

Why do people find reality T.V. so entertaining?Because it usually has a small waist, big boobs, and no brain? xd lol I don't know, in all honesty. Gavin watches the first episode of every season. He said last season (or maybe the beginning of this one?) That there was a guy with...(Gonna mangle this) Turrets? And I think he even mentioned some racist guy. They're really just trying to make it funny-hot-contraversial.

Honestly, there are only a few shows that I watch, and only at certain times of the year, but I do prefer to watch T.V. when I'm eating. It gives me something to look at. And it's a background noise.

During that time period, it was actually worth getting up at 8:30 to watch your favourites, these days, I couldn't be bothered.
Although, if there is nothing else on, I will sit down and watch an episode of Arthur, or my favourite, Rugrats.

Tinkerbelle_18 Since getting digital cable on Thursday, I've watched Hollywood Homicide, and a few episodes of cartoons. But I must say, that it's nothing like when I was growing up in the 90's.
During that time period, it was actually worth getting up at 8:30 to watch your favourites, these days, I couldn't be bothered.
Although, if there is nothing else on, I will sit down and watch an episode of Arthur, or my favourite, Rugrats. Indeed 3nodding And the cartoons used to be much better, and more variety. None of this crappy happy bullshit about butterflies and rainbows xp Old cartoons used to have balls. Look at Pop Eye, Ren & Stempy, Cow & Chicken, Beavis & Butthead. Even the ones that weren't violent were still interesting, like Rugrats and Ah! Real Monsters. (And 2 Stupid Dogs, and The Angry Beavers, CatDog whee ). I really wish they made a cartoon station for the old greats 3nodding Maybe I should just hunt down some cheap box sets? xd
