try sock dreams they have loads of crazy stuff, even leggings!
or, if you want, vogue has a couple of skinny pant patterns and shiny stretch fabrics are easy to find...

the ones we have here is usually open like 2-3 months before and a month or so after, and then i am not sure bout the mall... but its an online store as well. its awesome i go there for eyelashes
