So who makes it?
Junko Takeuchi that makes the voice in Japanese?
or
Maile Flanagan that makes the voice in English?

I feel that Maile's voice is best suited for Naruto. It sounds most like a boy's voice, but at the same time, Junko's voice acting seems to be better than Maile's.

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel that way?

Junko all the way!!! I Love her voice she has always been my favorie voice actress she is soo talented and she goes all out when she does her emotions shes amazing!!! Junko is my roll model and i respect her alot!!
Junko's voice suits naruto very well shes just talented!! I love how she did the voice of kuromi from onegai my melody i love kuromi!!
Maile's voice is ok and all but junko does a better job at voice acting.
