ok this is just an idea that thought of. I want it to be a oc from naruto but...i need some help on what can be fixed be for I put a lot of effort into drawing it. so tell me what you think and WHAT CAN BE FIXED. it can be in the cothing designs or in the over all drawing thing

It looks very naruto, but you have to work on the arms/hands more biggrin

As stated before, try thinking as yourself as the subject. The right arm seems unaturally bent, you may want to switch the fold of the skin to the back. You have all the other parts of the anatomy pretty well down.

It's very adorable, honestly, and I think you have a great start- actually, more than a start most likely. You're definately drawing like you have been practicing for a while. But, as you requested, here are a few things I think will help:
Try to draw the 'naked' body before you draw the clothes... The legs seem unnaturally long and thick- may just be style, but I think just doing something that simple will make it more realistic looking.
Also, as stated above, the arms, especially the right, is a little funky. I still have trouble with that myself, so there's not really any tips I can give you except practice.
The feet are also very small. Again, feet are very hard, but practicing drawing them will help tons.

 I don't know if this helps any, but I tried to fix some of the things that were bugging me, over all I think it was really good though! hope that helps

it looks pretty good! I would definitely try drawing a rough sketch of the person without clothes before adding them on, helps.
