Seer landed in the grass on a small hilltop within easy walking distance of the Realm HQ, relishing the feel of not tripping over herself when she tried to land now. Akil's suggestion had helped a lot. She was just sort of... out and about today, thinking she'd drop by to see Aear and the Hiril in a while. She just felt like taking the scenic route today... sort of like going the roundabout way when walking to a friend's house. So she just sort of sat on the hilltop, the breeze ruffling her mutli-colored feathers and flame yellow and dark ash fur in a pleasant way. Mmm. Nice leisurely day.

Igniculus Reffy: http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j213/kat_aclysm/gaia_pet_storage/igniculus.jpg-------------------- He had been sailing high over the land, eyeing the ground for something interesting to eat, initially. His powerful wings easily took him over Realm territory, and his keen eyesight allowed him to spot particularly nice plants and fruits, so he never went hungry. Infact, this had made him a rather picky eater.
However, something... else had caught his attention this afternoon. Another Angelic, and yellow. It had very interesting coloured feathers, too. Maybe it would be interesting for conversation, and a bonus if female, too. A small grin made its way across the Firesprite's maw and he dipped his wings, casually landing down on the hilltop.
He nodded his head up and down in approval, and then casually made his way towards her, white chest fluffed out. He casually brushed a paw through his mowhawk and ruffled his golden and orange wing feathers.
"Hello there," He grinned, showing off his teeth in a wide smirk. "Out and about, travelling all alone by yourself today, neh?"

Seer blinked over at the newcomer. Oh! Another angelic. And he had interesting hair. He looked sort of... flamey, too. Humm. "Seemed like a nice day for a leisure walk. Or flight. ...Bit of both?" She grinned, bright purple eyes glinting with good humor. "I'm Seer! What's your name?"((Apparently I don't feel like long posts tonight. XD http://randommind.virtue.nu/seer.jpg ))

Igni's ears raised with his curiousity, and he grinned even more now. He could tell from the other Angelic's voice alone that she was female.
"Ah, a bit of both, yes." He nodded. "I wasn't out on leisurely time, though. I was looking for something nice to eat. Some of the best nuts come out at the beginning of fall, don't you know."
He formally bowed, flaring out his golden and orange feathery wings, ruffling them again as if to show them off. He spent hours and hours meticulously preening the feathers for maximum neatness and cleanliness, and was rather proud of them.
"My name is Igniculus - firesprite, and weilder of flame." He rose again, purple eyes focussing on the female, full of mischeif and interest. Maybe she would be fun...

Seer giggled. "Actually... I didn't know. I'll keep it mind though. My house if full of nuts already, though." She stuck her tongue out after that, tone of voice and action indicating she wasn't talking about the food kind.
My, he certainly did take care of himself, didn't he? His feathers were rather impressive. She cleaned hers regularly, too, but that was as much because of the salt from the seaspray that got on them so often as anything else. She'd been told she was pretty, sure, but she didn't really have anyone special to clean up for.
"Firesprite?" He had purple eyes too! How neat. "Kitsyn says I was blessed by a phoenix or some such thing because I'm colored just like one her human counterpart saw before. I don't have any flame powers but I'm still kinda firey." So many things indirectly in common. This was kinda fun!

"Hah hah..." Igni chuckled at the nuts comment. A female with a sense of humor... really good. She also seemed friendly, too. This was also good, it meant she was approachable. Thus, he slowly moved closer, the friendly grin still on his face. Once close enough, he sat next to her, purring slightly.
"Yep-yep," He nodded. "A firesprite. A sprite is a kind of playful cheeky woodland creature, like an elf, or a sidhe." He tilted his head curiously. "A phoenix, huh? It's a shame you don't have fire powers, or fire resistance. I could show you some really neat tricks without fear of burning you if you did."

"Oh I see neat fire tricks all the time. Ifrit's a fire djin Aeon, he's one of my housemates. He's sorta like my uncle, since he's been friends for a long time with my adopted mom. He can make little will-o-the-wisp flame things, I used to chase them around when I was kit if the weather was too bad outside for us to go visit Papa Aear."
She lifted a paw to flick at his "bangs" in a way both curious and playful. "How'd you get your hair to do that?" She didn't even think twice about him moving so close. Why would she? She was the sort to practically tackle her friends in greeting, being close to people wasn't an unusual thing for her.

"Flame whisps, ey. I can do those with my eyes closed." He shook his head, smirking, folding his arms. "Nah, I can do much worse things than that. Such as set fire to entire forests. Er, not that I want to do that..." He chuckled. "It would have unfortunate consequences." He thought of Torvamund as he said it, but didn't want to go into that subject just now.
"I can turn my body into fire too, I can also tell it what to do, in my mind." A loud purr escaped him and he wagged his tails. "Just another aspect of my awesomeness, I guess. But yeah, I can tell it to back off, flare up, whatever."
"Ey?" Igniculus blinked, turning his attention to her paw as she flicked his hair bangs. "How do I get it do what? Like it, huh, chicca? It grows naturally this way. All I do is keep it neat, and fluff it up occaisionally."

"Ooh? Ifrit can do... most of that. I don't think he actually turns into fire. Or that he can set an entire forest on fire. Well... he could start a forest fire but not set it ALL on fire..." She trailed off and wagged her tails. "Fire heals him, though, so if he gets hurt he can torch himself."
Oooooh it grew like that? Nifty! "Yeah, your hair's neat. I've never seen it do that kind of thing before. It just stands up by itself?" She was tempted to paw at it again to see if it would go back up if she flattened it but... he seemed to be proud of his hair so that might be a bad idea. "All my hair does is make people dizzy when they try to follow the colors with their eyes." She stuck out her tongue and then giggled again.
"So, you said you were looking for nuts? What kind of nuts are around here? We all usually eat together at home so I don't forage much." It might not be the sea but she still liked learning about nature inland, too. Besides... knowing where to look for nuts could come in handy, you never know.

"Fire heals him? That's a new one to me." Igni purred. "I'm completely unaffected by it, but it doesn't heal me. That must be a useful trick, though..." A dark smirk crossed his face for a brief moment, and then his attention drifted away. If only he had such a trait, it could make things so much easier when hassling his archenemy.
"And yeah, it grows like this naturally." He nodded. "The bang hair just kinda flops like this. But the hair inbetween my ears and on my noggin... its kinda course and bristly. Sticks up all on it's own." He proudly nodded as he explained. "And chicca, I wouldn't worry yourself over your hair, not at all. It's rather ravishing if I do say so myself." He wagged his tails and chuckled, grinning from ear to ear.
"Ah, nuts..." He turned his attention to the area around him, nodding, "Nothing important, really. Just me scrounging for food. I found something way more interesting than a bunch of stupid ol' nuts, though." He gave her a wink, then chuckled again.

"Yeah. He doesn't have to use it often, but he likes a good fight - his words - so he likes having it." She snickered slightly. "He's kinda shaggy... he's got a goaty on his chin, too." Goaty. It was fun to call his little beard that. She snickered again.
"Ravishing?" She tried to look at her hair, but it was rather too close to her eye, so she spread out one of her wings instead. This incidentally revealed the full nature of the bizarre black design patterned across the back of the colorful pinions. "I guess... everyone at home tells me I'm pretty, but I never thought about it much. They're... the people at home, y'know?"
She had to giggle as her trailing thoughs were cut off by his roundabout compliment and dismissal of the nuts. "So I take it you think I'm pretty?" Headtilt. Someone she just met thinking she was pretty! That was a new one.

"Goaty? I'm sure you mean 'goatee'." He sat back on his heels, pondering. "They're OK I guess, but my chin is furry enough as is without it. They don't do much except make you look like regal and intelligent while you pull on it and think." He made a soft scoffing noise. "I look regal as it is anyway." He flared out his wings suddenly as if to demonstrate, causing them to make a slight 'fwoosh!' sound.
"The people at home thinking you're pretty, it's not a thought - it's fact." He smirked at her, wagging his tails once again. "And hells yeah, you're pretty. You're gorgeous, even."
"So, uh..." He chuckled, rubbing the back of his head. "Are you accepting applications for your fan club?"

Seer pondered for a moment even as she giggled at Igni's display. "Oh, I dunno if Ifrit really looks regal. If you can call a lazy lion regal, maybe. That's what he reminds me of most of the time when he's not sparring with Zell or getting tipsy and arguing with the sofa."
She felt just a bit of a blush creep onto her face at the gorgeous compliment and wagged her tails slightly. "Ah... thank you..." Then she burst out laughing. "Fan club? I have a fan club? I certainly wasn't informed! Maybe I should get an application too." She laughed a bit more, finding this all immensely amusing. She was, after all, just playing along. She didn't really even think about him serious. Not that she thought he didn't mean what he said about her being pretty... she just thought that all they were doing was teasing back and forth.

He stood on his hinds now, showing off the white patch of fluff on his chest and belly. He had a good strong ribcage, or at least he thought so anyway. Surely any female would be impressed by his physical condition and size.
"You don't need to be tipsy to be regal," He smirked. "Stay away from that stuff."
"Oh, and chicca? You're so hot, you make even me catch fire." It was now that the firesprite began to abuse his pyrokinetic abilities. He raised his wings slightly, and then willed fire to appear across the surface of his wings, making them look like that they had begun to catch ablaze. He was completely unaffected however, and the feathers underneath the hot flames didn't look like they would even begin to wilt in the intense heat.
"See," He purred. "I'm totally hot - for you."

He was unsettled. Even on board is beloved Hiril Anorfalf the nautical angelic could not escape the disquiet in his thoughts. And heart. It... bothered him. He had never needed more than the spray of the sea in his face over the prow of a ship, along with the occasional -or even frequent- lady to love.
But more and more lately...
AearHwesta sighed heavily, tilting his dodger blue wings into a new current of air. Ever since Seer's egg had appeared, since getting a taste of a family of his own with her and Valefor constantly in his life, on his boat. He had even considered... had it been possible...
But he could breed with no one but another angelic. Aear shook his constantly snow dotted head. it was not even that, was it? Nay. Since Seer had grown to adulthood... her 'mother' had been nearly the only one the sailor could bring himself to dally with for Valefor knew him, if not this part of him he hid from even her. Any others... true dalliances. He... who loved all females! He -AearHwesta, captain of his Hiril Anorfalf- reduced to some lovesick lad.
But his ship was lonely when the girls were not around. When she was not around. He knew Valefor he would lose... the aeon needed to be free. Needed to be free to find a lad who could give her the family she longed for. But Seer...
Russet eyes scanned the landscape. Aye, the sea had been too painful to bear the sight of today. Then he caught sight of her. Seer. Looking lovely and innocent as ever. And... a male. Cocky. On his hind legs even! Worse... an angelic. An unnatural -or perhaps completely natural- sense of competition came upon AearHwesta. He who always deferred to another's interest in a female should he know of it. But this was Seer...
Swiftly he winged closer just before the odd-haired male's wings burst into flame. But the experienced sailor did not back off though his face scrunched slightly in recoil. Near enough he could hear the other's next words: I'm totally hot - for you.
AearHwesta growled low within himself, his russet eyes flashing like the fire before him. This male was too close. Too close. With a swoop he landed beside the phoenix-female, but his eyes were fixed challengingly upon the fiery male. His voice when it came bordered on a growl and yet -somehow= retained a bit of the sailor's ever-present cool even in its unyielding sternness. "That'd be enough from ye, Lad."
