Has anyone else ever been asked about why they like a certain character? How about constantly mocked for liking the character?
I get pm's almost every month in my inbox nagging me and asking me why do I like Lex Luthor you know he's evil right? stare
I just wanted to know if anyone else ever had this happened to them just for liking a certain character.

So, they just constantly nag you liking Lex? Either they're obsessed with disliking him or they have nothing better to do with their lives.

I like Lex too. But I really got mad at him after what he did to Lana. That was completely unforgivable. But Lex is just...so cool. Ever notice how every time somebody disses him, his comeback is almost perfect. The only one who can even stand up to him is his father, and guess what? I like Lionel too! They're just great, entertaining characters and their diction and vocabulary are amazing. They carry this constant, "You're PWNED!" aura around. They're so evilly good.
You saw "Onyx" right? That was one of the coolest episodes ever.

Candy_Chimes_Gurl I like Lex too. But I really got mad at him after what he did to Lana. That was completely unforgivable. But Lex is just...so cool. Bad writing or not, it was strung out across several episodes and is canon... it counts.

You know, just because it's something you dislike doesn't make it bad writing. It's the way things are written that makes it bad. Clana, for example, isn't inherently bad writing -- it's just been badly written.

And Foe, I think Clana is also bad writing and ending Lexana is definatly bad writing these people need to stick to a relationship and get it over with allready instead of bouncing from one person to the other thats my problem. It's so stupid they need to keep the people together on who has better chemistry with who.
And it has been shown that Lana and Lex have better chemistry together then Lana and Clark. And Clark has better chemistry with Chloe then he ever had with Lana.
