Natasha Bedingfield
Her music is amazing as far as I'm concerned. She's a pop artist and none of her soings are vulger, provocative, she doesn't dress like a whore (least that I've seen...). She's just a postivive artist & I adore her.

Meat Loaf

When this guy sings, there is just so much passion in his voice, most likely from his beginnings as a Broadway actor. His voice has weight and presence, one of the broadest vocal ranges this side of an opera house, and it makes for an incredibly unique auditory experience. Plus, what's truly impressive is that he is a truly endurant singer. His songs are never shorter than 5 minutes, and his longest one ever was "I Would Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)" from his softmore album, Bat Out of Hell II: Back Into Hell, which was 12 minutes long.

Benjamin Burnley.

His voice is deep, soothing, emotional. And yet when he wants it to be, his scream is full of rage and anger. Perfect transition. He can sing anything, and execute it beautifully. It's impossible to put his skill in words.

His guitar riffs are simple, and yet elegant and powerful. Examples: The Diary of Jane, So Cold, Polyamorous.

He's just...excellent. Simply excellent.

"Show me how it ends, it's all right
Show me how defenseless you really are
Satisfied and empty inside
Well that's all right; let's give this another try"
cry

Bob Dylan, Dave King (and the rest of Flogging Molly) and Joss Whedon are some artists that have made a very real impact on my personal life.

This song got me into them, and it's kinda obvious why.
