But I want you guys to do a few things.
1) Read the announcement about the rules. Use your own judgment about what is allowed.
2) Don't fight with the members. There's a reason why you are a member of this team and they aren't. You have shown that you can be mature.

Okay, I guess it is really only 2 things. razz But here are things you can do if you
want. (Taken from the guild Faq)
"Crew can delete posts, delete topics, post stickies, post announcements, edit posts, lock/unlock topics, invite users to the guild, accept join requests to the guild, and ban users from the guild."
I only ask that you don't invite any friends/family/people who weren't in the barton army thread until we can talk it over with our guild and see if we should let in outside people. If you don't recognize the name that wants to join, you are free to ask people if they know the person.

As for banning people. Don't ban unless it gets really bad. If they break out guild rules, that's okay. Of course you tell them to cut that out. But if they try to break the ToS. Delete the post and tell them why if possible (Mail them).
If they will not listen at all. Ban them. Later on we can discuss as if they should be permanently banned or not.
