I have this sinking feeling that Bella is going to end up choosing Jacob over Edward in the end.
I know, from what Stephenie Meyer says, it's very unlikely.
BUT I'm still worried.
What do you think?

I can only hope that's what will happen. I mean, I know it's rather churlish of me to say that, really, I do. But I doubt it will happen. I wouldn't worry about it, personally. I'm sure Stephanie Meyer will come up with an ending that will satisfy us all.
At least, I hope so. wink

I don't think that Bella will end up being with Jacob...there is just so many negative aspects of that option. Plus, she's already chosen to be with Edward....it's just a matter of when she'll be changed. If she did end up with Jacob, what if he imprinted with some other girl, Bella would be left all alone. I can't wait until the next book...all my unanswered questions will be answered.

Well What Im Hoping is if stephanie feels like it.
She can write two endings.
or two books.
One where she winds up with edward
one with Jacob.
I doubt she will but still that would satisfy the fans I think.

Either way... a large group of people are going to be pissed, immature and then abandon the series because of their dissapointment...
I personaly think she will choose Jacob in the end
Being seperated from Edward made her catonic, riiiight?
So how do you think she'll react with Jacob ... *SPOILER IN WHITE*

I'm sure it wont go well with her past behavior in Eclipse...

Sure... Bella has had to deal with Jacob ignoring her many times. No, she didn't go crazy like before...
But now that he's gone by himself, Now that hes has dissapeared with out knowing where and how he is...
Well...
We'll just have to see how Bella will react when she is truly seperated from Jacob.

I don't know...honestly I don't think Stephanie really cares if people don't like the book. Honestly I'm pretty upset with Jacob AND Edward. Maybe someone will die.

I think it was an option during New Moon, with Edward gone... but I can't imagine Bella choosing Jake over Edward when she has him right there, they're engaged, and she has confirmation that she will be a vampire.

I don't think she'll end up with Jacob. It seems to me that Stephenie set up the whole 'imprint' (< minor spoiler in white) thing, just so we can be assured Jake ends up with somebody else.

Yeah, I agree with twisted words. Minor spoilers * I think Stephenie made it clear that for a warewolf the one you imprint is the one you're really destined for, even if you're already with someone else. The whole Sam and Leah thing. They were in love but then he met Emily and he imprinted on her and was forced to break up with Leah confused

Even the thought of that makes me cringe. Although, my opinion might be a little biased since I sorta-kinda loath Jacob.

Nope, I pretty sure that won't happen. It's not cuz i personally don't like jacob, but cuz bella can't live without edward. Even though she'll be happy, she might still hear edward's voice in her head every time she's in danger or being stupid. And besides, she has already made her decision to be with edward. I'm hoping that jacob will imprint on someone (HIS age and not a 2 year-old) in the next book so that everyone can be happy! 3nodding

Yup, I really do think Bella's going to end up with Edward, unless the part of her that wants to be with Jacob ends up winning over her love for Edward.(Sorry, that was a spoiler!)
