The team here at GzW.com were both honored and astonished when we recieved an e-mail from the first woman to hold the GzW Destruction Championship, Codi Paige. Just twelve hours after winning a match that is sure to go down in the history books forever, the biggest loud-mouth in GzW had a few things to tell everyone. Below is the e-mail that we recieved earlier:
"I've only held this title for what, eleven maybe twelve hours, but since the moment the official placed this belt in my hand I realized something. I had an epiphony. What I realized was: I now have a target on my back, or rather, around my waist. But location is besides the point I'm trying to make here. The 'target' was only part one of my epiphony. The second realization I had was: I had no need to worry!
It's true, those punks in CzW don't stand a chance against me. Allow me to explain...
Victoria and Malice: They had their chance, remember? The store battle. If they had the abilty to beat me... they would have. But honestly, they can't. Not then, not now, not ever!
Mavlik, Cartwright, and AJ Styles: Okay, so ya these guys are without a doubt stronger and bigger then me. They could easily brake me in half. But the problem with them is... All brawn....No brain. You don't need strength to win a match. You need at least an average IQ, something I have and these three chumps don't.
Freddie, Marxx, and Joker: They have the strength. They're certainly smart. However I don't see any of them pinning me anytime soon. Why? Well it's simple really, they're too nice to hit a girl. That's weak if you ask me.
Fox: The GM? Really? No, like Victoria and Malice if he could beat me... he would have. Besides the man doesn't have a spine.
The Rest: Ha! These are the guys that were picked last in school. Why? Because they have no talent and no skill.
Anyway... you see now that I'm not scared at all. I'm the Destruction Champion, and even though the belt is too big around my waist, it's not going anywhere!"
Is Codi just getting too cocky too soon? Or is she telling the truth? Only time will tell.
